COOKING A KORMA CURRY FOR 2
- Fry 1 small, chopped onion in 1 tbsp oil.
- Blend 80g Greek yoghurt and 25g cashews (ideally soaked). Add to pan and cook, stirring, until reduced.
- Add 200g chicken, meat or veg along with 3 tbsp Korma paste. Cook for 1-2 mins.
- Add 125ml coconut milk and a splash of water. Simmer until cooked through.
For a Classic Korma Curry for 2 using 50g paste:
- 1 small onion, chopped, 80g plain yoghurt, 25g cashew nuts, 2 tbsp. double cream, 100ml coconut milk, 200g chicken, prawns, firm fish, lamb, veg or other 14.4g 1.5g
