The heart of a korma is a creamy yoghurt sauce with mild warming spices - and our paste has all of those covered! Works really well with all ingredients. 
Cooking Instructions

COOKING A KORMA CURRY FOR 2


  1. Fry 1 small, chopped onion in 1 tbsp oil.
  2. Blend 80g Greek yoghurt and 25g cashews (ideally soaked). Add to pan and cook, stirring, until reduced.
  3. Add 200g chicken, meat or veg along with 3 tbsp Korma paste. Cook for 1-2 mins.
  4. Add 125ml coconut milk and a splash of water. Simmer until cooked through.

For a Classic Korma Curry for 2 using 50g paste:


  • 1 small onion, chopped, 80g plain yoghurt, 25g cashew nuts, 2 tbsp. double cream, 100ml coconut milk, 200g chicken, prawns, firm fish, lamb, veg or other 14.4g 1.5g
