A truly moreish quick and easy meal. Ready in just 15 minutes and full of authentic, all-natural spicy Goan flavours. Stir fry it up, enjoy and relax.
Ingredients
  • 1 pack of The Spice Tailor Fiery Goan Curry
  • 300g rump steak - sliced
  • 1 small red capsicum - sliced into long strips
  • 100g tenderstem broccoli - trimmed
  • 1/2 red onion - thickly sliced
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
Method
  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok and fry the spices from the whole spice sachet for a few seconds.
  2. Add the steak and fry on a high heat for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the vegetables and fry for a further 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stir in the base and main sauces and mix well. Cook until well combined.
  5. Garnish with coriander and serve with rice.
